ETA

COVID-19 Statement

To my ETA family,
I have thought of nothing else the last week or so, I wanted to maintain some kind of normality for as long as possible but with schools closing and other clubs in our area I feel I have little choice, and so it is with a very heavy heart that from Monday we will be closed for all classes.

As most of you know this is not just a business to me it is my life and my love. ETA was a dream of mine and I have worked relentlessly to get it where it is despite my personal struggles with my health. I won’t give up on it now!!

I am not going to lie. I’m petrified that we won’t have ETA to come back to if this lasts too long, I have rent, insurances, music licenses, utilities to pay and a family to feed. I hope that you can support me in keeping it alive for as long as possible by continuing to pay fees for online lessons (which I will be attempting) rather than at the studio where you can (I understand there are other self employed people in our ETA family who may be struggling at this time, please contact me). You all mean the world to me. I don’t want it to end. Your health and safety is important to me so I know it’s for the best. We are shut for Easter anyway which is factored into fees so I’m hoping things will start to improve soon after that so we can get back to normal. I have felt so overwhelmed by all the messages of support this week, I am truly lucky to have you all in my life. Thank you.

If you know someone who isn’t on Facebook, please ask them to contact me so I can give them information about online classes.
Further info will be posted on our Facebook group.

Stay safe, lots of love
Joanne
